Dylan and Jennica tied the knot on February 27th, 2021. The period between them booking me and their wedding day was quite short, but it felt like we were on this journey for a while (in a good way).

Jennica was one of those clients that I just clicked with. I admired her strength and perseverance in life – their wedding day is a true testimony as Jennica would so lovely describe.

I started my shooting hours at Dylan’s house.

Say hello to the cutest little guy! While I was shooting the accessories Eli followed me around and showed quite a bit of interest in what I was doing. He seemed to be at the stage where he was busy exploring career choices.

Due to covid the couple decided to have more of an intimate wedding and on a smaller scale. I thought this worked out beautifully.

Their canapes and reception were sort of a combination, but shorter. The weather was perfect enough for the guests to enjoy themselves on the deck, as the band played live in the background.

This has got to be my absolute favourite section of Die Kalkoonde, the brick wall along with the lights. It’s absolutely goregous!

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to capture your wedding day. It was an absolute pleasure to not only capture your wedding day, but a true testimony.

May God bless your beautiful covenant Mr & Mrs Jacobs.
